Nebraska Policy Debate Foundation (EIN #87-3747895) is a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record.

Nebraska Policy Debate Foundation is run by volunteers and has minimal administrative expenses. The foundation plans to invest over 99% of all funds raised directly into high school debate programs.
